HSL/ SSL Recruitment 2016 for 10 Manager and Other Posts

Hindustan Salts Limited and Subsidiary Sambhar Salts Limited invited applications for recruitment to the post for GM (Works), Add. GM (Coml.), Manager (Production/ Bromine Plant), Mining Mate, and Blaster. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through the prescribed format on or before 27 September 2016.

Eligibility Criteria for Manager and Other Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

GM (Works): Candidate should have passed B.Tech. and MBA, equivalent, or Higher Qualification with 18 years experience. 

Add. GM (Coml.): Candidate should have passed B.Tech. and MBA, equivalent, or Higher Qualification with 16 years experience.   

Manager (Production/ Bromine Plant): Candidate should have passed B.Tech (Chemical) and MBA (Operations Management) or equivalent or Higher Qualification with 18 years experience. 

Manager (Company Secretary): candidate should be a qualified Company Secretary with 05 Year experience  

Manager (Mines): Candidate should have passed B.Tech. and MBA, equivalent, or Higher Qualification with 03 years experience.   

Manager (Surveyor Mines): Candidate should have Professional/Technical qualification in Survey and Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency for U/R (underground mines) with 03 years experience.    

Mining Mate: Matriculation along with Mining Mate’s certificate of Competency under MMR Act 1961 from the Competent Authority   Under Ground Mines in the capacity of Mining mate with 01-year experience in the concerned field.

`Blaster: candidate should have Certificate in Blasting for short firing in U/R (underground) Mines with 02-year experience in the concerned field.

Selection Process for Manager and Other Posts

Candidates will be selected on the basis of academic merit and performance in the interview.
