Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts

Educational Qualification and Experience:

  • Manager (Instrumentation) - Instrumentation/Electronic Engineering Graduate with 10 years of experience
  • Assistant Manager (Instrumentation) - Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering Graduate with 5 years of experience
  • Manager (Contract And Material) - B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg)/AMIE (> 65% marks) in any engineering stream preferably in Materials with 10 years of experience
  • Assistant Manager (Finance) - Member of Institute of Charted Accountants or Cost Accountants of India (CA/CMA) or Two years full time MBA with specialization in Finance with 5 years of experience
  • Manager (Human Resource) - 2-year full time regular MBA/Master Degree or Post Graduate Diploma equivalent to MBA with HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations as major subjects or Master degree in HRM/IR/Labour Welfare/ Social Work with specialization in Person with 10 years of experience
  • Manager (Safety) - Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Electronic Engineering Graduate (> 65 % marks) from recognized Institute with Diploma in Industrial Safety from reputed institute/University like RLI OR B Tech in Fire & Safety from NAFS Nagpur with 10 years of experience
  • Assistant Manager (Civil) - Civil Engineering Graduate with 5 years of experience
  • Manager (Urea/ Ammonia) - Chemical Engineering Graduate with 10 years of experience
  • Assistant Manager (Urea) - Chemical Engineering Graduate with 5 years of experience
  • Assistant Manager (Offsite And Utilities) - Chemical /Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering Graduate (> 65 % marks) from recognized institute/University with 5 years of experience
  • Chief Manager (Process) - Chemical Engineering Graduate with 20 years of experience
  • Manager (Electrical) - Electrical Engineering Graduate with 10 years of experience
  • Assistant Manager (Electrical) -  Electrical Engineering Graduate with 3 to 7 years of experience
