ICAR-IARI Recruitment 2016 for 07 JRF & Other Posts

ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) invited the candidates for Various Profiles on contractual basis. The candidates eligible for the post can come down for walk-in interview on 26 August 2016.

Under ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute Recruitment 2016, out of total 07 posts, 01 post is allotted to Research Associate- I, 02 posts are allotted to Junior Research Fellow (Plant Physiology), 01 post is allotted to Junior Research Fellow (Division of Genetics), 01 post is allotted to Lab Technician and 02 posts are allotted to Field/Lab Assistant.

Eligibility for Research Associate- I – Candidates must have First class Masters’ degree in Plant Physiology/ Biotechnology/Botany/Agriculture with Physiology as one of the subjects and three years research experience. Bachelors’ degree with 4/5 years or those with 3 years bachelors’ degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR-NET/SET or equivalent qualification conducted by UGCMHRD OR Post Graduate degree in relevant Professional courses.

Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow (Plant Physiology) – Candidates must have First class Masters’ degree in Botany/ Plant Physiology/ Biotechnology/ Agriculture with physiology as one of the subjects/ Life Science (Plant Science) with 4/5 years bachelors’ degree. Those with 3 years bachelors’ degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET/SET or equivalent qualification conducted by UGC-MHRD OR Post Graduate degree in relevant professional courses.

Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow (Genetics) – Candidates must have First class Masters’ degree in Botany / Plant Breeding/ Genetics and Plant Breeding Biotechnology. Those with 3 years bachelors’ degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR-NET/SET or equivalent qualification conducted by UGCMHRD OR Post Graduate degree in relevant Professional courses.

Eligibility for Lab Technician – Candidates must be 12th passed or equivalent from recognised board.

Eligibility for Field/Lab Assistant – Candidates must be 10^th passed or equivalent from recognised board and one year experience of working in field.
