Eligibility Criteria for Dean, Director, and Joint Secretary Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Dean : Master’s Degree in Economics / Law/ Commerce/ Management / Accounts /Finance with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever grading system is followed. Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in Economics/ Law/ Commerce/ Management/ Finance. Minimum of 15 years experience, out of which minimum 5 years in a senior executive position in Administrative and Research in Educational and Training Institutions preferably in similar renowned Institutions.
Director (Internal Audit): A degree in Commerce & Member of ICSI/ICAI/ICAI(Cost) and 10 years experience of which 5 years in handling maintenance of books of accounts, Inter – unit reconciliation, finalization of accounts in compliance with statutory requirements, internal and statutory audit, tax compliances including service tax and TDS, investment of funds and Budgetary control.
Joint Secretary (Law): Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examination and awarded Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent-full time degree) from recognized Indian Universities / Institutes. The degree should also enjoy recognition by the Bar Council of India. 15 years experience of which 5 years in handling legal matters in large industrial organizations / Academic Institutions / Professional bodies / Associations of similar nature & with proven leadership qualities.
