Eligibility Criteria for Specialist Officers Job
Educational Qualification:
- Taxation, Finance & Account: Graduation with first class in any stream.(Post-Graduation in Commerce/ Accountancy, MBA/ CA/ICWA is preferable.)
- Agri. (Faculty): Graduation in B.Sc Agri or Veterinary Science or in any allied courses to Agri. OR Graduation in any discipline with Post Graduate qualification as M. Tech. Agri or MBA-Agri or M.Sc Agri or Veterinary Science or in any allied courses to Agri.
- Legal (Faculty): Graduation in Law. Master's degree in Law is preferable.
- Risk, Risk (Mid Office -Market Risk): Graduation with first class in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidates possessing qualification of MBA (Finance)/CA/ICWA/CFA/MA (Economics with statistics)/CAIIB/Financial Risk Manager (GARP)/Professional Risk Manager (PRIMA) or other equivalent specilized risk mgmt certification would be preferred.
- Digital Banking &Emerging Payment: Graduation with first class in any discipline. MBA/M.E/M. Tech (regular/fulltime) is preferable.
- Treasury: Graduation with first class in any discipline. CA/CFA/CS/ICWA/MBA/M.E/M. Tech (regular/fulltime) is preferable.
- Economist: Economics Graduate with first class & Post Graduation in Economics/ MBA (Finance).
- IT & MIS: B. Tech/B.E in Computer Science/I.T./Electronics & Communications with first class. And Should be Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).Master's degree n the above would be preferred.
- Compliance: Graduate with first class in any discipline. MBA is preferable
- Facility & Infrastructure Management: First class graduate in B.Tech/B.E in Civil/Electrical Engineering with first class from a recognized University/ Institute. Master's degree in Civil/ Electrical Engineeringis preferable.

Selection Procedure for Specialist Officers Posts
The selection process will comprise of online written test, for the post of AssistantGeneral Manager - Grade ‘C’ and Manager - Grade ‘B’ followed by Personnel Interview (PI) of the shortlisted candidates. For the post of Deputy General Manager -Grade ‘D’ candidates will be shortlisted and will then be called for Group Discussion (GD) & Personnel Interview (PI).
