IGI Aviation Customer Service Agent Eligibility Criteria and Age Limit
Candidates applying for the posts should have completed 10+2 or above from a recognised board. Candidates who are waiting for their class 12 results can also apply for the announced vacancies. The positions do not require any aviation/airline certificate, airline certificates or diplomas.
Age Limit: The age of the candidates should be between 18 and 30 years.
IGI Aviation Customer Service Agent Selection Procedure
The candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview. Candidates who clear the written exam will be called for an interview. Check the table for the exam pattern of the written examination.
- The written examination contains 100 objective-type, multiple-choice questions.
- Each question carries 1 mark. No marks would be awarded for un-attempted questions.
- The level of the exam will be up to the 12th standard/grade.
- The examination will be conducted in bilingual ( English & Hindi )

General Intelligence & Reasoning: The questions in this part intend to measure the candidates
general learning ability. The questions will be broadly based on Alpha-numerical Series, Coding and
Decoding, Analogy, Following Directions, Similarities and Differences, Jumbling, Problem Solving
and Analysis, Non-verbal Reasoning based on diagrams, age Calculations, Calendar and Clock, etc.
General English: Candidates' understanding of the basics of the English Language, its vocabulary,
grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms and its correct usage, etc. and to test
comprehension, a simple paragraph may be given and question based on the paragraph to be
asked
General Awareness: The broad coverage of the test will be on Social Studies (History, Geography,
Art and Culture, Civics, Economics), General Science and Environmental studies up to 10th
Standard
Aviation Knowledge: Indian Aviation, Airport name, Airport terminologies, Civil Aviation, Airport
codes, Knowledge of International Airport
