Eligibility Criteria for Medical Faculty Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Principal: Postgraduate medical qualification and other academic qualification from a recognized institution with a minimum of 10 years teaching experience as Professor/Associate Professor/Reader in a medical college/Institution. Out of which at-least 05 years should be as Professor in a department.

Professor : A  post-graduate  qualification ( MD/MS/ CH/ DNB )or a recognized  qualification equivalent with a minimum of 14 years teaching experience as Professor/Associate Professor/Reader in a medical college/Institution. Out of which at-least 05 years should be as Professor in a department.

Associate Professor: A post-graduate qualification (MD/MS/ CH/ DNB) or a recognized qualification equivalent with a minimum of 06 years teaching experience as Professor/Associate Professor/Reader in a medical college/Institution. Out of which at-least 05 years should be as Professor in a department.

Assistant Professor : A post-graduate qualification (MD/MS/ CH/ DNB) or a recognized qualification equivalent with a minimum of 03 years teaching experience as Professor/Associate Professor/Reader in a medical college/Institution. Out of which at-least 05 years should be as Professor in a department.

Additional Professor : A post-graduate qualification (MD/MS/ CH/ DNB) or a recognized qualification equivalent with a minimum of 10 years teaching experience as Professor/Associate Professor/Reader in a medical college/Institution. Out of which at-least 05 years should be as Professor in a department.

Lady Medical Officer: MBBS from M.C.I. recognized with 01 (one) rotating Intern-ship with 03 Year work experience in Government and Semi Government Hospital

Casualty Medical Officer: MBBS from M.C.I. recognized with 01 (one) rotating Intern-ship with 03 Year work experience in Government and Semi Government Hospital

Selection Process for Medical Faculty Posts

Candidates will be selected on the basis of academic merit and performance in the interview.
