IHBA Sciences Notified Recruitment for 15 Various Administrative Posts 2014

Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences, Delhi invites applications from the eligible candidates for filling up the following positions of Administrative/Finance as indicated below on deputation basis. Interested candidates may apply in the prescribed proforma Through Proper Channel and send the same to Joint Director (Admn), IHBAS, latest by 25, April 2014 along-with attested copies of educational qualifications, date of birth and Experience Certificates, 5 years ACRS/APAR’s,Vigilance Clearance/Integrity Certificate etc.

• Finance Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer: 01 (One).
• Administrative Officer: 01 (One).
• Assistant Administrative Officer: 02 (Two).
• Assistant: 09 Posts (Nine)
• Senior Stenographer: 01 (One).
• Computer Assistant: 01 (One).

Eligibility Criteria  

(A) For Post 1  

Officer holding posts in analogous scale and working in Govt.Of NCT Delhi,Govt.Of India or other govt. Institutions. Or Five years service in grade of Rs.12000-16500 (Pre-revised) Or Eight years service in the grade of Rs.10,000-15200 (Pre-revised).

(B) For Post 2  

The officers holding analogous post on regular basis or rendered at least 7 years of regular service in the Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs.4600/- (pre-revised Rs.6500-10500/-) in Central/State Govt./Govt.of NCT of Delhi, preferably Govt.of NCT of Delhi.

(C) For Post 3  

The officers holding analogous post on regular basis or rendered at least 7 years of regular service in the Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs.4200/- (pre-revised Rs.5500-9000/-) in Central/State Govt./Govt.of NCT of Delhi, preferably Govt.of NCT of Delhi.

(D) For Post 4 to 6  

From the official holding analogous post on regular basis or having 8 years (and 6 years for post under s.no.6) regular service in the Pay Band-1 Rs. 5200-20200+Grade Pay Rs.2400/- in Central/State/Govt.of NCT of Delhi, preferably from Govt.of NCT of Delhi.

Pay Scale/Remuneration  

• Pay B and PB–4 and Pay Scale of Rs.37,400/- to Rs.67,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.8,700/- Per Month for post 1.
• Pay B and PB–3 and Pay Scale of Rs.15,600/- to Rs.39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.6,600/- Per Month for post 2.
• Pay B and PB–2 and Pay Scale of Rs.9,300/- to Rs.34,800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.4,600/- Per Month for post 3 and Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- Per Month for post 4 to 6.

Application Fee

Bank Draft (exempted for SC and ST Candidates) in favour of Director, IHBAS for 1000/- for post at SI. No.1 to 2 and Rs.500/- for SI. No.3 to 6 may be forwarded along with the application form.

Interested candidates may submit their applications in the prescribed proforma which can be downloaded from the website www.ihbas.delhigovt.nic.in along with the relevant testimonials/certificates, Demand Draft and other documents must reach to the Joint Director (Admn.) IHBAS, Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110095 on or before the cut off date, i.e 25 April 2014.

Candidates already employed in Central Govt./State Govt./Public Sector Undertakings (PSU)/Departmental candidates should submit their applications through proper channel and also submit the “No Objection Certificate” from the current employer.

The envelope containing the application must be super scribed in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF________________”.

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/Trade Test/Practical/Skill Test/Interviews, which might be conducted by the administration.
