Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification

1. Project Supervisor: Post Graduate in Rural Development or Social work with relevant experience of at least 5 years in Social Development Sector, preferably in the field of water and environment. Speaking, reading and writing ability in Bengali language is essential. Skill in report writing in English & computer knowledge is required.
2. Hygiene Educator: Post Graduate Degree in Social Science/Sociology/Rural Development /Anthropology with one year experience in Social Development Sector ,preferably in the field of water and environment. Speaking, reading and writing ability in Bengali language is essential. Skill in report writing in English & computer knowledge is required.
3. ARU Supervisor: Madhyamik or above having experience of more than 10 years in the field of Arsenic Mitigation program e.g. ,identification of arsenic contaminated drinking water source and arranging Awareness Programme in Community and school .Capable of installation and maintenance of the Arsenic Removal Unit. Speaking, reading and writing ability in Bengali language is essential.

Pay Scale

1. Project Supervisor: Rs. 11,000-per month
2. Hygiene Educator: Rs.9000/- per month
3. ARU Supervisor: Rs.9000/- per month
