IIM Bangalore has tied up with Aon Hewitt to commence a human resource based programme i.e. ‘Next Generation CHROs’ program’. The programme aims to build leaders who drive business outcomes through HR. All the interested and eligible candidates can register for the programme by 20 May 2017. The classes for CHRO will be held in the IIM-B campus. As per the current programme intake, the institute is targeting to fill the seats with 30 students in one batch.
About CHRO Programme
CHRO programme is divided into 4 modules. Module one is dedicated to prepare the programme aspirants for “Future Readiness”; thereafter Module 2 will help understand the concepts and related issues of “Connect Business with HR”. Module 3 is associated with “Drive HR Transformation” that will focus on how to reconfigure HR operating models in response to dynamic business demands and finally the Module 4 is “Shape your Agenda” that focuses on driving change such as globalization & acquisitions by leveraging data, and technology.

How to apply for CHRO
CHRO (chief HR officer) programme is a great initiative that IIM-B is conducting in collaboration with Aon Hewitt. The aspirant who are interested in pursuing a degree in human resource management have to pay Programme fee of Rs. 4,25,000/- along with the Service Tax (applicable rates) per Participant which is payable in two instalments as per schedule indicated.
The fees for the programme can be paid in two instalments i.e. of Rs. Rs 2,25,000/- and another instalment of Rs 2,00,000/- (by 18 August 2017)
