Eligibility Criteria for Lower Division Clerk and Other Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Lower Division Clerk- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% of marks with proficiency in computer operation with minimum 35 w.p.m in English/30 w.p.m in Hindi typing on computer. 1-2 years relevant experience in handling establishment/accounts/ Purchase/Stores/ academics examination matters.
- Assistant- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% of marks and 3 years experience preferably in providing administrative back-up support and coordinating various activities relating to conduction of educational programmes in Institute of Higher Learning.
- Private Secretary to Director- Master’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks & shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m & typing speed (English) of 35 w.p.m in computer and with minimum 8 years relevant experience in Central/State Govt. offices/University/Autonomous organizations/ PSU out of which 5 years as Personal Assistant or equivalent Secretarial position in the Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- and above. Candidates must be proficient in computer office applications and Secretariat practices. The incumbent should have command over spoken and written English along with drafting skills.
