Eligibility Criteria for Junior Engineer Posts
Educational Qualification:
- Junior Engineer ( Civil ): Degree in Civil Engineering with first division (60% and above marks) and with at least one year field experience. OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with first division (60% and above marks) and with at least 03 years field experience.
- Junior Engineer ( Electrical ): Degree in Electrical Engineering with first division (60% and above marks) and with at least one year field experience. OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with first division (60% and above marks) and with at least 03 years field experience.
Age Limit
Not exceeding 32 years as on the date of test/ Interview.

Eligible candidates can appear for the test/ interview at the venue Room No. LH-111, Lecture Hall Complex, IIT Delhi along with the relevant documents as prescribed in the official notification. The application form for the same can be downloaded from the website http://www.iitd.ac.in/ The interview will be on dates as given above. The duly filled application forms should be sent to Assistant Registrar ( Estt-2 ), IIT Delhi.
