Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Matriculate and three years Diploma in Mechanical Engg. recognized by AICTE with 55% marks in aggregate
Age Limit: Candidate should have been born between 1 August 1990 and 31 July 1994 (including both dates)
Pay and Perquisites: Pay Scale Rs 5200- 20200 along with Rs 2000 Grade Pay. The total initial emoluments including allowances works out to approx Rs 17,000
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates is based on the order of merit depending on their performance in Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Interview, and Fitness in the Medical Examinations.
Training: The basic training will commence in Aug 2012 at INS Chilka followed by sea training and professional training. Yantriks are liable to be discharged as UNSUITABLE due to unsatisfactory performance at any time during the training.

After submitting the form an acknowledgement with a Registration number will be provided to the candidate along with date, time, and venue of the examination. The filled Application Form, with the number generated will be available to the candidate to save and take a print.
