Indian Ordnance Factories under Ministry of Defence, Government of India issued notification inviting applications for recruitment to 16 Group ‘C’ vacancies of Civilian Motor Driver-OG (3 posts) and Multi Tasking staff (13 posts) on Non-Industrial Establishment at High Explosive Factory, Khadki, Pune.

1. Civilian Motor Driver-OG: 3 posts
Pay Scale: Pay Band 1 of Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900.
Eligibility Criterion
Age Limit: (as on the last date for receipt of applications).
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 32 years
Qualifications: Matriculation; must possess a valid driving license for light and heavy vehicles with basic knowledge of automobile repairing.
2. Multi Tasking staff: 13 posts
Pay Scale: Pay Band 1 of Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1800.
Eligibility Criterion:
Age Limit: (as on the last date for receipt of applications).
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 25 years
[Upper age limit is relax-able by 3 years for OBC category candidates and by 5 years for ST category candidates]
Qualifications: Matriculation
Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the written Test, skill test and Interview.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Tests/ Interview.
Call letters to eligible candidates will be sent through post.
Travel allowance: SC/ ST candidates will be paid onward and return journey IInd class rail/ bus fare by shortest route on production of ticket/ proof.
Examination fees: Non-refundable examination fee of Rs. 50 is to be paid through a crossed Demand Draft / IPO drawn in favor of ‘General Manmager, High Explosives Factory, Khadki, Pune – 411 003’.
SC/ ST / PWD / Ex-servicemen Candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee.
How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should send their applications, in the prescribed format, along with attested copies of required certificates / documents, 3 passport size photographs and fee DD/ IPO in original, by post to “The General Manager, High Explosives Factory, Khadki, Pane (Maharashtra) – 411 003” so as to reach the concerned authority within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the employment news i.e. till 28 April 2014, as the notification was published in Employment News dated 29 March 2014.
