Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Qualification must be from recognized University or Institution with relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field.

• For Post 1, 3, 4, 12 & 13: Possess Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree in relevant field.
• For Post 2, 6 to 9, 14 to 19, 21 & 22: Possess Bachelor Degree in the relevant field or equivalent.
• For Post 10, 11 & 20: Possess Graduate Degree or equivalent Degree in relevant field.
• For Post 23, 26, 27 & 30: Possess Higher Secondary (12th Standard) Pass or equivalent.
• For Post 28: Possess Matriculation (10th Standard) Pass or equivalent.
• For Post 24, 25 & 29: Possess 8th Standard Pass or equivalent.

Age Limit

Age Limit for the candidate should be as on last date of receipt of application and Age relaxation for the category candidates should be as per rules.

• For Post 1:  55 years.
• For Post 2 & 3:  45 years.
• For Post 4 to 18, 24 & 25:  40 years.
• For Post 19:  50 years.
• For Post 20 to 23 & 26 to 30:  35 years.

Pay Scale

• For Post 1: Pay Band (PB – 4) and Pay Scale of Rs. 37,400/- to Rs. 67,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 10,000/- Per Month.
• For Post 2: Pay Band (PB – 3) and Pay Scale of Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600/- Per Month.
• For Post 3: Pay Band (PB – 3) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,000/- Per Month.
• For Post 4 & 5: Pay Band (PB – 3) with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- Per Month.
• For Post 6 to 12: Pay Band (PB – 2) and Pay Scale of Rs. 9,300/- to Rs. 34,800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600/- Per Month.
• For Post 13 to 15: Pay Band (PB – 2) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- Per Month.
• For Post 16 & 17: Pay Band (PB – 2) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,800/- Per Month.
• For Post 18 & 19: Pay Band (PB – 1) and Pay Scale of Rs. 5,200/- to Rs. 20,200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2,800/- Per Month.
• For Post 20: Pay Band (PB – 1) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,400/- Per Month.
• For Post 21 & 22: Pay Band (PB – 1) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,000/- Per Month.
• For Post 23 to 25: Pay Band (PB – 1) with Grade Pay of Rs. 1,900/- Per Month.
• For Post 26 to 30: Pay Band (PB – 1) with Grade Pay of Rs. 1,800/- Per Month.

How to Apply

• Interested Candidates may apply ONLINE through the University’s Website www.igntu.ac.in on or before 20 February 2015.
• After successful submission of ONLINE application, candidate has to take the printout of the filled in application form for future requirement/ reference.
• Candidate has to submit the printout of the filled in Application form in prescribed format along with the attested copies of testimonials/ certificates relating to educational qualifications, date of birth, experience, category (SC/ ST/ OBC), etc. with Demand Draft and a recent passport size photograph should be affix on the application may be forwarded to the “Registrar, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Pondki, Lalpur, Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh - 484 886” on or before 28 February 2015.
