Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.
The numbers of vacancies are provisional and liable to change.
Both the posts are not reserved for any categories of Physically Handicapped persons.
Examination Fee: An examination fee of Rs.100 has to be deposited in the State Bank of India through a fee payment challan (Cash deposit) or on-line (Internet Banking) or through ATM-cum-Debit card of State Bank of India only.
The on-line application form is divided into two parts: Part-I relates to the personal, academic and other particulars of the candidate and Part-II relates to the payment modes. The candidate will have to fill up Part–I of online application and then has to select the option for payment of fee in Part-II.
(I) Offline Payment (Cash Deposit): Candidates selecting this option will be provided a pre-printed Challan form bearing name, registration ID and account number. The candidate have to deposit the prescribed fee on the next day after taking the print out of the online Challan form in any of the branches of State Bank of India. A counterfoil of the Challan carrying transaction ID, will be given back to the candidate by the bank. Candidates should retain it for future reference.
Candidates depositing fee in cash mode can verify payment status after 2 working days.
Candidates applying on the closing date and opting for Cash Deposit would be given 1 working day time (after closing date) to deposit the fee in State Bank of India.
(II) Online Payment (Internet Banking / Debit-cum-ATM card): Candidates selecting this option will be automatically exported to State Bank of India’s website. After making the payment, the candidate is automatically taken back to the MHA’s registration website and a confirmation is immediately flashed in the form of payment receipt. The last date for depositing fee through online mode would be same as the last date for applying online.
Candidates having a SB Account with Internet Banking Facility (with transaction rights) with the State Bank of India can deposit the fee using through Internet Banking.
Candidates having State Bank of India Debit-cum-ATM card can deposit fee using the card. In some cases, Re.1 might be debited additionally, which would be refunded in due course.

Selection Procedure: Selection would be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in written test and Interview.
The Written examination will have Multiple Choice Objective Types questions on General Knowledge / Awareness, Reasoning, Comprehension, Physics, Electronics and Mathematics, etc. The paper will be of 1 hour and 40 minutes duration.
Candidates are required select 1 of the 33 examination centers for the written exam.
Examination Centre once opted will not be changed. Applications of candidate selecting more than one examination centre would be rejected.
How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates can apply online through the website within 30 days of publication of the advertisement in Employment News.
On successful submission of the online application form, a Registration slip with a unique Registration ID will be generated by the system. Candidates are suggested to take a print out of the Registration Slip and retain it and also note down the registration ID and Roll Number for future reference.
Candidates can apply for one or both the posts provided they fulfill the prescribed eligibility conditions. Candidates applying for both the posts will have to exercise an option in order of preference. Option once exercised, will not be changed at a subsequent date under any circumstances.
All communication with the candidates will be done via email will that will be sent to the email ID provided by the candidates. Candidates are advised to regularly check the mails for any update. Admit cards for the written examination and interview call letters will be sent to the candidate on mail or will be SMS to them on the mobile numbers provided.
Information related to written examination, and interview will also be hosted on the website on relevant time.
NOTE: Unemployed SC/ST candidates will be reimbursed Travel Allowances as admissible under the Rules. No cash payment will be made at the time of test or interview.
Candidates awaiting results are not eligible to apply.
None of the copies of the certificates (attested or otherwise) is required to be attached with the application form. However, candidates qualifying the written examination will be required to produce the original certificate during Interview.
Only one on-line application is to be submitted by the candidates. In case, a candidate submits more than one application, all his applications and his candidature will be summarily rejected.
Possession of Mobile Phone and other electronic gadgets whether in use or in switch off mode, during the exam, will be considered as adopting unfair means. Candidature of such candidates will be cancelled and these candidates will be liable for further action as decided by the Bureau.
Candidates willing to serve anywhere in India may only apply as the posts carry All India Transfer liability.
