Educational Qualification
- DGM (Finance): Holding Analogous posts with 4 years of service or 9 years of service with respective pay scales and must posses professional qualification of CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)
- DGMs (HR): Possessing not less than 15 years in administration,establishment and accounts matters and MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relation/ HRD from a recognized University
- Manager (Finance): Experience of working in the integrated Finance department of Ministry and must possess CA/ICWA
Age Limit: Upto 56 years

- DGM (Finance): 37400-67000+ 8900
- DGM (HR): 37400-67000+ 8900
- Manager (Finance): 19000-39100+ 7600
