Eligibility Criteria for Research Fellow (RF) and Research Associate (RA) Job
Educational Qualification:
- Research Fellow (RF): (I) Post-graduate in Economics (including applied, agricultural, and mathematics economics), statistics, public policy, or other relevant social science field with a strong quantitative focus
(ii) Intermediate-level knowledge of evidence-based policy analysis and evaluation. The candidate should have a demonstrated track record of conducting experimental and/or quasi-experimental impact evaluations.
(iii) Advance knowledge of statistical software packages (STATA or R)
(iv) Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
(v) At least two years of work experience beyond post-graduate studies in relevant fields
- Research Associate: (I) Post-graduate in Economics (including applied, agricultural, and mathematics economics) statistics, public policy, or other relevant social science field with a strong quantitative focus.
(ii) Basic econometric skills.
(iii) Introductory knowledge of statistical software packages (STATA or R).
(iv) Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
(v) Preferably less than two years of work experience beyond post-graduate studies in relevant fields. Candidates who have just recently or about to finish their post-graduate studies will receive equal weight-age.
