JEE Advanced-2014: Topper's Interview - Gurkirat (AIR-570)

JEE Advanced-2014 rank holder Gurkirat (AIR-570) has shared his views and observations on JEE MAIN & JEE Advanced exam.

According to Gurkirat, existing paper pattern of JEE Advanced is best but the inclusion of percentile of boards in JEE MAIN affects the rank and students who are regular in their studies can easily crack the exam. For the strategy during exam Gurkirat said that easy questions must be solve first and difficult ones at the last of the exam. He also said that the distractions and the silly mistakes must be avoided during preparation as well as in the examination hall. On the importance of coaching and mock test he said that the coaching is must for JE Advanced as advanced requires in depth knowledge of every topic and the mock tests helps a candidate in understanding the exam environment.
