    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    • Company Secretary: Member Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
    • Manager Mines (Non metalliferous): Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering with 1stClass Competency in Non-Metalliferous Mining
    • Manager Mines (Metalliferous):    Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering with 2ndClass Competency in Metalliferous Mining
    • Mines Mate: Mine Mate Certificate issued by DGMS (Govt. of India)
    • Administrative Officer:  Degree in Industrial Administration / Business Administration
    • Asstt. Admn. Officer: Degree in Commerce / Science / Arts
    • Sectional officer: Degree in Science / Arts / Commerce
    • Drivers / Operators: Driving Licence HMV (Hill) Experience in operation of Excavators / Backhoe Loaders preferable
    • Watch and ward (chowkidar / orderlies): Minimum Matric and Maximum 10+2
    • Accounts officer: Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA or M. Com
    • Cost accountant: Degree in commerce or ICWAI (Inter)
    • Accountants: Degree in Commerce / Arts / Science
    • Head cashier: Degree in Commerce / Arts / Science
    • Fitters: ITI pass certificate in trade issued by recognized Industrial Training institution.
    • Electricians: ITI pass certificate in trade issued by recognized Industrial Training institution.

    Selection Procedure

    The selection procedure will be on the basis of marks of graduation or equivalent degree and Viva Voce.
