Eligibility Criteria

1. State Program Manager – HRD: Candidate should have completed Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma in Personal Management/ Rural Development /MBA in HR from a recognized University/Institute.
2. Program Manager: Candidate should have completed Two years fulltime regular Master degree / Rural Development / Social Work/ Agriculture Science allied and other discipline / Bachelor degree in dairy technology/ B.Sc Agriculture/Veterinary/ Mangement / Business Administration/ Social Work/ Development Studies or Practice/ Youth Empowerment/ Career Counselling / science from a recognized University/ institute
3. Program Executive: Candidate should have completed Two years fulltime regular Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development /Social Work/ Development Studies / Rural Management / Mangement / Business Administration/ Social Work/ Development Studies or Practice/ Youth Empowerment/ Career Counselling / 1 Q Life Skills Education or B.Tech/B.E/MCA/M.Sc. (IT) or CA (inter)/ ICWAI (inter) from a recognized University or Institute.
4. Accountant: Candidate should have completed B.Com with 3 years relevant post qualification
5. District Finance Manager: Candidate should have completed 2 years full time regular MBA (finance)/Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from recognized University/Institute or CA (inter)/ ICWAI (inter).
6. District Manager – Skills & Job: Candidate should have completed Two years fulltime regular Post Graduate Degree or diploma in Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Development studies or PG Diploma in Rural Development/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Development studies from a recognized University/Institute
7. District Manager-Livelihoods: Candidate should have completed 2 years full time regular Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/Management/ /Social Work/Agriculture& Allied/Development studies or PG Diploma in Rural Development/Management /Social Work/Agriculture & Allied/Development studies from a recognized University/Institute
