Educational Qualification
- General Manager – Marketing, General Manager – Marketing (Agrovet): Candidate should be Graduate in Science with thorough knowledge of the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry.
- General Manager–Co. Secretary & GM [HR & Admin.]: Graduate in Law with Associate ship / Fellowship of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also should have Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
- Senior Manager – Product Management: MBBS / MD [Pharmacology]
- Executive: B. Pharma / M. Pharma graduate.
- Management Trainees: Candidate should be graduate in respected field.
Age Limit
- General Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 50 years.
- Senior Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 42 years.
- Executive: Upper age limit for the post is 30 years.
- Management Trainees: Upper age limit for the post is 26 years.
