KIIT School of Rural Management (KSRM), Bhubaneswar comes under KIIT University. It has ivited applications for its MBA in Rural Management program for the upcoming academic session.
Eligibility for admission at KIIT:
MBA (Rural Management): Graduate in any discipline recognized by the AIU with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education and having minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) with valid CAT score. The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the concerned University/ Institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree.
The students who are appearing for final year graduation exams are also eligible to apply and will be given provisional admission subject to submission of their final results before 30th September 2015.
Admission Procedure for applying through CAT:
Those students who are interested in getting admission in our MBA(RM) Programme 2015-17 can appear for CAT 2014. However, they have to submit a separate application form (downloadable from KSRM website: www.ksrm.ac.in) along with valid CAT score on or before 31st January, 2015.
Application forms for admission to KSRM will be available online from September 10th, 2014 onwards.
Selection Process at KIIT:
Candidates shall be shortlisted on the basis CAT and other exam scores for appearing in Group Discussion (GD) and / or Personal Interview (PI) at Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, New Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai.
The final selection shall be based on CAT or other exam scores, career marks and performance in GD & PI. Successful candidates will be intimated of their final selection through admission offer letter containing the terms and conditions of admission on or before 31st March, 2015.
Fee Structure for KIIT:
The total fee for the MBA( Rural Management) programme is Rs.6.47 lakhs payable in four installments. The fee includes all expenses Hostel, Mess and including provision of Laptop to all students.
