Educational Qualification: University degree or an equivalent recognised qualification. 8 years experience in Accounts and Administration in a senior capacity, preferably in Government or Government Undertaking or autonomous organisations following rules similar to those in Government. Person should belong to Central or State Govt. University system or Cultural Organisation with at least 5 years regular service in the Pay Band with Grade Pay of Rs. 15600-39100+5400 or 8 years service in the Pay Band with Grade Pay of 9300+34800+4800 with University degree and experience in Administration and Accounts.
Age Limit for Deputy Secretary Post: Not more than 56 years
