L’Oréal India expands its Scholarship Programme

L’Oréal India expanded its scholarship programme for underprivileged girls. The last date to apply for it is June 30.

In an attempt to provide scholarship to talented but underprivileged girls, L’Oréal India has expanded its scholarship programme— ‘For Young Women in Science’. This programme supports young women from Delhi/NCR or Maharashtra to pursue their career in Science. The last date to apply for the scholarship is June 30, 2011.

L’Oréal India will award scholarships worth of Rs 2.5 lakh to 10 young and deserving girls for a period of four years in a scientific field of their choice in a recognised college or university in India.

Eligibility

Any girl who has passed her class XII exams in the current academic year with a minimum of 85% in PCM/PCB and not over 19 years of age on May 31 can apply for this scholarship.
