Mangalayatan University sets new Placement Record, 43 students selected by top companies
Mangalayatan University has set new record with 43 students of Pharmacy department and 12 students of Science and Technology department getting placed withtop companies.
Mangalayatan University – a premier educationinstitution based in Uttar Pradesh, has set new benchmarks with regards to Placements 2019-20. The Training & Placement Cell of Mangalayatan University set a new record with 43 students of the Pharmacy department and 12 students of the Science and Technology department getting placed in top companies. The students were selected by top companies in the domain of Pharmacy and Technology at a recently concluded job fair in Noida. Alisha Chaudhary, Mangalayatan’straining and placement officer told the press that many top companies of Pharmacy such as Blue Ocean Pharma, Apollo Pharmacy andNutrilite Pharmacy offered placements to students in different fields of Pharmacy including production, quality control, and sales.
The offer letters of the selected students will be issued soon by the respective companies. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor of the University came forward and congratulated the students, and wished them a bright future. The Registrar, Ajit Singh along-with the Controller of Examinations Dr. Dinesh Sharma, Director Admissions Dr.RahulGoal, Pharmacy principal Prof. LalRatnakar, Dr. Gaurav Garg, Vishnu Chaudhary, and Deepanshu Sharma congratulated the students for their huge success as well.
In the meantime, Mangalayatan University was recently bestowed with the honor of being “The Most Promising Engineering Institute in Uttar Pradesh by RankOneJagranJosh.
The Training & Placement Cell of Mangalayatan University
To talk about more about it, the university has a dedicated placement cell that is headed by Prof. Abhay Kumar and supported by the corporate team which is managed by Mr. Ashish Jain. The training and placement cell bridges the gap between the university and industry, and facilitate corporate interaction by organizing frequent industrial visits, industrial projects and in-plant training. This helps the students to work, collaborate and learn in the real-time environment.
The cell is engaged in conducting and coordinating on/off campus recruitment drives. Importantly, the placement department has a collective data bank over 1000 companies wherein it ensured to provide opportunities in more than 100 companies last year. More than 50 companies have given placement offers to students this year.
Apart from this, the university conducts extensive sessions on career development through one-to-one expert counseling, allowing students to decide and choose their career options accordingly. The university also ensures to facilitate students’ interaction with key industry leaders via guest lectures.
Students of Mangalayatan University are guided by the departments that make them aware of various job opportunities available to them. The career development cell of the university is run by a team of experienced faculty members that intends to train students in the field of communication and soft skills, which has become an important aspect of today’s competitive corporate world.
