CUCET has invited applications from various candidates to apply for its M.B.A Programmes for the academic session 2016 – 17. All the interested and eligible candidates should apply latest by 15 April 2016.
The Central Universities of Haryana, Jammu, Jharkhand, Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Punjab, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu have jointly announced the exam dates for Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET 2016). CUCET is an All India level entrance exam. The participating universities offer students an opportunity to appear in the entrance of the programme of their choice. This entrance grants admission in UG / Integrated program, post graduate program and the research program respectively in the nine Central Universities mentioned above.
Eligibility Criteria for appearing in CUCET 2016
- Eligibility for all integrated and a post graduate program is a successful completion of graduation or equivalent.
- Candidates who have appeared for the final examinations are also eligible to apply.

Syllabus of CUCET 2016 for MBA Programme
The entrance exam will comprise of 4 sections. The syllabus for the same is as under:
1. English/Verbal Ability: Reading comprehension, verbal reasoning, syllogisms, analogies, antonyms and synonyms, fill in the blanks, sentence correction, idioms, etc.
2. Maths/Quantitative Ability: Number systems, geometry, trigonometry, probability, permutation combination, algebra, mensuration, time and work, averages, percentages, profit and loss, quadratic and linear equations, etc.
3. Data Interpretation: Interpretation and analysis of data based on text, tables, graphs (line, area), charts (column, bar, pie), venn diagram, etc.
4. Logical Reasoning: Clocks, calendars, binary logic, seating arrangement, blood relations, logical sequence, assumption, premise, conclusion, linear and matrix arrangement, etc.

How to apply for CUCET 2016
Applicants are required to fill in the details in the form carefully. On submission of online application successfully the students will get successful completion message in the online case, in the offline case the candidate will get a message after reconciliation from the bankwithin 2-3 days.
A candidate may fill the form partially and login again to complete it later. Candidates will receive SMSs and Email alerts at the time of registration and after completing payment through online, in the offline case the student will get a message after reconciliation from SBI.
