Educational Qualification:

- Assistant Manager: MBA/PGDM in HR/HRD/Personnel Management with minimum 60% marks.
- Senior Officer: Gradaute in any discipline from any recognized university. Candidates having armed forces background like Indian Navy/Indian Army or Indian Air Forces can also apply.
