• Assistant Manager (Geology) – Master’s Degree in the respective discipline.
• Assistant Manager (Drilling)/ Assistant Manager (Legal)/ Material Officer/ Operator (Computer):- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in the respective discipline.
• Assistant Manager (HR) – Degree or Post- Graduate Diploma in the concerned field or MBA.
• Foreman (Drilling) :– Diploma in the respective field.
• Stenographer – Bachelor’s Degree with Shorthand and typing speed of 80 and 40 w.p.m.
• Mechanic –cum- Operator (Drilling)/ Machinist/ Technician (Survey & Draftsman) :- Matriculation (10th Standard) Pass or equivalent with ITI Certificate in the appropriate trade.
• Driver :- Matriculation (10th Standard) Pass or equivalent with valid Driving License of Light & Heavy Vehicles.
• Assistant (HR) :– Graduate Degree in any stream with typing speed @40 w.p.m. on computer.
