Eligibility for Registrar: A Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale. At least 15 years’ of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of 7000 and above or with 8 years’ of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration, OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education, OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Eligibility for Registrar Internal Audit Officer (On Deputation): Officer is holding analogues posts on regular basis or with 5 years regular service in the scale of Rs.10000-325-15200 (revised PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-) from the Central/State Government, Universities and other autonomous Organization.
Eligibility for Registrar Assistant Engineer (On Deputation): A degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience of supervising civil work in Central/State University/Offices.
