Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts 2016

Education Qualification

• Assistant Manager (Primary Melting): 60% marks in Degree in Metallurgical engineering or equivalent with 02 years of post-qualification experience on minimum 5 Ton or above capacity Electric Arc Furnace/Air induction Melting/Vacuum Induction Refining Furnace in Steel plant.
• Assistant Manager (Secondary Melting): 60% marks in Degree in Metallurgical engineering or equivalent with 02 years of post-qualification experience on minimum 5 Ton or above capacity Electric Arc Furnace/Air induction Melting/Vacuum Induction Refining Furnace in Steel plant.
• Assistant Manager (Pit Side): 60% marks in Degree in Metallurgical engineering or equivalent with 02 years of post-qualification experience on pit side activities in reputed Steel Plant.
• Deputy General Manager (Melt Operations): 60% marks in Degree in Metallurgical engineering or equivalent with 02 years of post-qualification experience on minimum 5 Ton or above capacity Electric Arc Furnace/Air induction Melting/Vacuum Induction Refining Furnace in Steel plant. Candidates should have knowledge of vacuum system and furnace.
• Deputy General Manager (Mechanical Operations): 60% marks in Degree in Metallurgical engineering or equivalent with 02 years of post-qualification experience on minimum 5 Ton or above capacity Electric Arc Furnace/Air induction Melting/Vacuum Induction Refining Furnace in Steel plant. Candidates should have knowledge of vacuum system and furnace.
