Eligibility Criteria for Addl. Manger and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Addl Genl Manager/ Dy General Manager (Materials) : Degree in Engg/Technology with minimum of 60% Marks and preferably MBA or equivalent with specialization in Materials Management/ Production Management / Operation Management/Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution/University . Minimum of 17 /13 years experience after Graduation of which minimum 8 years in Materials Management or Purchase.
Dy Genl Manager/Sr Manager (Melt Operations): 60% of marks in Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent and ost qualification Experience of 12/10 yearsfor DGM/Sr Manager respectively in melting of low alloy steels, stainless steels, ferro Alloys etc in EAF/LF/VD/VOD and induction Furnaces. Should be conversant with various National & International Steel Standards.
Sr Manager/ Manager/ Dy Manager (Marketing-Ring Products): Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Metallurgy or Mechanical and preferably MBA with Marketing Management as Specialization. Minimum post qualification experience of 10yrs/7yrs/4yrs in the case of Sr Manager/Manager/ Dy Manager respectively in any industry associated with Ring Products.
Sr Manager/ Manager/ Dy Manager (Marketing-Die/ Tool Stock): Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Metallurgy or Mechanical and preferably MBA with Marketing Management as Specialization. Minimum post qualification experience of 10yrs/7yrs/4yrs in the case of Sr Manager/Manager/ Dy Manager respectively in any industry associated Marketing-Die/ Tool Stock.
Dy. General Manager (Marketing): Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Metallurgy or Mechanical and preferably MBA with Marketing Management as Specialization. Minimum 13yrs post-qualification experience in any Medium / Heavy Steel Industry associated with Steel/ Alloy Steel melting.
Sr Manager (Marketing): Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Metallurgy or Mechanical and preferably MBA with Marketing Management as Specialization. Minimum experience of 10yrs after Graduation in Army/ Navy/ Airforce respectively.
