MIDHANI Recruitment 2019 Eligibility Criteria for Manager, Office Attendant and Other Posts
Educational Qualification: 

• Dy. Manager (Quality Management) –  BE/B.Tech in Metallurgical/  Material  Science/  Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Manager (Process Control)– BE / B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering with minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Manager (Quality Management) – BE/ B.Tech  in  Metallurgical/  Material  Science/  Mechanical Engineering with minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Manager (Purchase) – Graduation in Engineering or Technology.
• Sr. Manager (Mechanical Maintenance) – BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in relevant subject.
• Sr. Manager (Electrical Maintenance) – BE /B.Tech in Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in relevant subject.
• Sr. Manager (Purchase) – Degree in Engg/ Technology with minimum of 50% marks and MBA with specialization in Materials Management/Production Management/Operation Management/Supply  Chain Management from a recognized institution.
