Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification
- Deputy Chief Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane): Should have an AirlineTransport Pilot’s License issued by DGCA India with current Pilot-in-Command rating on civil air transport aircraft. Total experience of not less than 6,500 hours and not less than 5,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command on air transport aircraft.
- Deputy Chief Flight Operations Inspector (Helicopter): Should have a commercial Pilot’s License (Helicopter) issued by DGCA India with current Pilot-in-Command. Should have held the qualification of an examiner/instructor approved by Director General of Civil Aviation on civil helicopter or qualified flight instructor rating in Category A from Defence services.Total experience of not less than 4,000 hours and not less than 2,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command on helicopters.
- Senior Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane): Should have an Airline transport Pilot’s License issued by DGCA India with current Pilot-in-Command rating on civil air transport aircraft. Total experience of not less than 6,000 hours and not less than 5,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command on air transport aircraft. Accident free record for last 5 years attributable to his proficiency.
- Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane): Should have an Airline Transport Pilot’s License issued by DGCA India with current Pilot-in-Command rating on civil air transport aircraft. Total experience of not less than 5,000 hours and not less than 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command on civil air transport Aircraft. Accident free record for last 5 years attributable to his proficiency.
- Age Limit
- Deputy Chief Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane): Upto 55 years
- Deputy Chief Flight Operations Inspector (Helicopter): Upto 55 years
- Senior Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane): Upto 50 years
- Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane): Upto 40 years
Pay Scale
- Deputy Chief Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane): Grade Pay of Rs 8900 in PB 4 with Non Flying Allowance of Rs 6000 per hour for 70 hour per month and admissible Special Allowance.
- Deputy Chief Flight Operations Inspector (Helicopter): Grade pay of Rs.8900 in PB-4 with Non Flying Allowance of Rs2000 per hour for 40 hours per month and admissible Special Allowance
- Senior Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane): Grade Pay of Rs 8700 in PB 4 with Non Flying Allowance of Rs 6000 per hour for 70 hour per month and admissible Special Allowance
- Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane): Grade Pay of Rs 7600 in PB 3 with Non Flying Allowance of Rs 4000 per hour for 70 hours per month and admissible Special Allowance
