Eligibility Criteria: No person shall be eligible for appointment to the office of Member, unless he/she has held the post of Chief Engineer or equivalent in the scale of pay of Rs. 18400-500-22400 (pre-revised) [Rs. 37400-Rs. 67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 10000 (Revised)] or higher post/scale of pay on regular basis for at least five years under the Central/State Government. The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the organization.
