Age Limit

Educational Qualification
Candidate should possess Certificate of competency as a master of a foreign going ship recognized by the govt. of India with 5 years of service as Deck officer, after obtaining the certificate of competency of second mate (foreign going) of which one year must have been in the capacity of a master of a foreign going ship.
Desirable: Extra Master certificate of competency or MSc degree in Maritime affairs or its equivalent from a recognized university, including the world maritime university malmo, Sweden.
Pay Scale: Rs.67000/- per month
