Eligibility Criteria for MIDHANI Assistant & Sr. Manager Post

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Senior Manager (Security): Candidates must possess Graduation Degree with minimum 10 years post qualification experience in relevant area.

Assistant Manager (Marketing): Candidates must possess Graduation Degree in Engineering or Technology and MBA with Marketing Management as elective with post-qualification Marketing experience and knowledge of marketing experience of Special Steels/Super Alloys/Titanium/Special Metal Products.

Age Limit for MIDHANI Assistant & Sr. Manager Post:

• Senior Manager (Security): Not more than 45 years
• Assistant Manager (Marketing): Not more than 30 years

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in interview.
