MPMKVVC Notified Recruitment for MBA graduates for Deputy Manager Post

    Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Ltd. (Govt. Of M.P Undertaking) has notified recruitment for two different posts : (1) Deputy General Manager (HR) & (2) Deputy General Manager (Finance) in ST Category on regular basis.

    Important Dates for Recruitment at MPMKVVC :

    Date of Advertisement in the Newspaper - 15th October 2014.

    Date of Inviting Online Application Forms - 15th October 2014.

    Last Date of receiving Online Applications - 14th October 2014.

    Date of Issue of Admit cards/ Test/Interview/Results - Will be displayed later on via the compny’s website.

    Name and Number of Posts :

    1. Deputy General Manager (HR) - 1 Post.

    2. Deputy General Manager (Finance) - 1 Post.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    1. Deputy General Manager (HR) :

    a) MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR.

    b) The candidate must belong to a ST category domiciled to M.P

    c) Qualifying Marks - 55%

    d) Work Experience Required - Should have 5 years of Post-Qualification experience in the relevant field in Managerial Capacity as on 1st January 2014.

    2. Deputy General Manager (FINANCE) :

    a) MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance/ CA / ICWA.

    b) The candidate must belong to a ST category domiciled to M.P

    c) Qualifying Marks - 55%

    d) Work Experience Required - Should have 5 years of Post-Qualification experience in the relevant field in Managerial Capacity as on 1st January 2014.

    Age Limit :

    The age limit for the candidates would be Minimum 26 Years and Maximum 45 Years as on 1st January 2014 for both the posts

    Application Fee & Other Charges :

    Application Fee : Rs 500/-

    Portal Charges : Rs 60/-

    Total Charges : Rs 560/-

    How to Apply:

    Applications must be submitted only through the online mode using the official website

    Procedure of Selection :

    1. Shortlisted candidates need to appear for the Psychometric Test and/or GD and Interviews.

    2. Final selection will be made on the basis of overall marks obtained in the entire recruitment process.

    3. The result would be declared on the official website of the company.

    Stipend & Salary :

    During the training period as well as post training the stipend & salary compensation for the post would be Rs 18600 (Basic pay) + Rs 6600 (Grade Pay) + Other allowances as per applicable on time to time.

    Other General Guidelines/Instructions :

    1. In any case, the candidate must be an Indian national.

    2. Already working candidates must provide NOC Certificates from their Ex-Employer.

    3. All the M.P Domiciled ST candidates appearing for the interviews & psychometric tests would be reimbursed to & fro second class bus/rail ticket.

    4. The candidate must posses sound health.

    5. The candidates must produce all certificates and documents in Original without any failure at the time of document verification.

    6. The candidates who have a third child born on or after 26th January 2001 are not eligible to apply unless twins are born after the first child.
