Eligibility Criteria for Meghalaya Civil Services Posts
Candidates must hold a Degree from any University incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature in India or any recognized Foreign University. Candidates possessing professional and technical qualifications which are recognized by the Government as equivalent to professional and technical degree would also be eligible for admission to the examination.
Gen: Upper age limit for the post is 27 years.
SC/ST: 32 years.
Gen: Candidates have to pay Rs. 460/- as an application fee.
SC/ST: Rs. 230/-.

Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.mpsc.nic.in on or before 31 August 2017. Candidates can also present their applications completed in all respect at Office Counter of MPSC Office, Headquarter, Shillong Or, MPSC Cell at Tura, Nongstoin, Jowai, Baghmara, Williamnagar & Nongpoh on any working day between 10:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M till the last date Or, they can send their applications through the post to the Commission’s office at Shillong on or before 31 August 2017.
