The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) was a municipal corporation, an autonomous body that governs 8 of the 9 Districts of Delhi, in the state of Delhi, India. It was one of three municipal corporations in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the others being New Delhi Municipal Council, and Delhi Cantonment Board. It came into existence on the 7 April 1958 under and Act of Parliament.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a recognized medical qualification, Post Graduate degree or diploma in concerned specialty, intermediate or its equivalent, diploma Programme in Special Education, diploma / Certificate course in Elementary Teacher Education Course / Junior Basic Training or equivalent or Bachelor of Elementary Education, Diploma /Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education Programme, B.Ed and Degree / Diploma in Guidance and Counselling according to the post.

Age limit

• Candidate’s age should be between 25 to 45 years for post no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16.
• Candidate’s age should be between 18 to 30 years for post no. 6, 17, 18, 19 & 20.
• Candidate’s age should be between 18 to 32 years for post no. 11.
