Nagaland University Notified Recruitment for 9 Non-Teaching Vacancies

Nagaland University issued notification inviting applications for recruitment to 9 Non teaching posts (Assistant Engineer, Field man, Lower Divisional Clerk and Junior Library Assistant) on Temporary basis. .

1. Assistant Engineer (Electrical): 1 post

2. Field-man: 1 post

3. Lower Divisional Clerk: 6 posts

4. Junior Library Assistant: 1 post

Pay Scale

For Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Rs. 9300 - 34800 + G.P Rs. 4600

For Field-man: Rs. 5200 - 20200 + G.P Rs. 2000

For Lower Divisional Clerk: Rs. 5200 - 20200 + G.P Rs. 1900

For Junior Library Assistant: Rs. 5200 - 20200 + G.P Rs. 1900

Educational Qualification and Experience

For Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering + work experience in relevant field + Knowledge of Computer.

For Field-man: Passed Class 12 with Science + 3 years relevant work experience

For Lower Divisional Clerk: Passed Class 12 with English typing speed of 35 w.p.m. on computer (minimum)

For Junior Library Assistant:  Passed Class 12 with 3 years experience in Library related works.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in Interview.

Only short listed candidates will be called for Interview.

Application Fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs. 200 (General Category) / Rs. 150 (SC / ST / OBC / PH category) (excluding bank charges) have to be deposited in “Nagaland University Account No. 30351467507” with S.B.I. Lumami Branch (Code No-13380) through a fee deposit receipt available online.

Candidates should attach counterfoil issued by the Bank with the application as proof of fee deposit.

How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should send their duly filled-in application form along with fee deposit counter-foil in Original and attested copies of required certificates / testimonials to “The Recruitment Cell (Establishment Section – II), Nagaland University, Headquarters: Lumami, P.O: Lumami, Pin-798627, District: Zunheboto, Nagaland” so as to reach the concerned authority by 27 October 2013.

On the envelope containing the application, candidates must mention Name of the post applied for, Advertisement No. and Date of Advertisement.

Candidates should submit separate application along with application fee for each post applied.
