Nainital Bank Notified Recruitment to Various Vacancies 2013

    The Nainital Bank Limited issued notification for recruitment to the posts of Clerks, Credit Officers in Officer Grade / Scale-I and Management Trainees. Interested candidates should send their applications till 20 July 2013.

    Graduation / Post Graduation with minimum 45% marks in Arts / Science / Commerce. Knowledge of Computer Operation is essential.

    Credit Officers in Officer Grade / Scale-I

    21-30 years

    Rs.14500-600 / 7-18700-700 / 2-20100-800 / 7-25700 (under revision )

     

    Must have qualified Intermediate exam of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India + 3 years experience OR MBA (Finance) with minimum 60% marks OR Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts (ICFAI). Preference will be given to the candidates having 1-2 years post qualification experience.

    Management Trainees

    18-27 years

    Rs.15000 pm in 1st year; Rs.20000 pm in 2nd year.

    Graduate / Post Graduate in Arts / Science / Commerce / Agriculture and Management with minimum 55% marks. Proficiency in Computer Operations and knowledge is essential.

    Age will be reckoned as on 30 June 2013.

     

    Management Trainees, if found suitable on completion of 2 years of assignment, shall be absorbed as DRO’s in Officers Grade / Scale-I of the Bank.

     

    Upper age limit is relax-able

    For Clerks -- by 3 years for SC / ST candidates;

    For Credit Officers in Officer Grade / Scale-I -- by 5 years for SC / ST candidates;

    For Management Trainees -- by 5 years for SC / ST candidates;

     

    Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the on-line written examination and group discussion and /or interview (either any one or both, as per the requirement).

     

    Candidates qualifying the written test will have to appear for Group Discussion and /or Interview depending upon the available vacancies.

     

    The On-Line Examination, available only in English, for all the three categories will be conducted on same day. Details of the examination -- date, time venue -- will be communicated to the short listed candidates in due course of time. The examination will be conducted online in venues across many centres in Uttarakhand, U.P. & Delhi.

     

    For Clerks -- Eligible candidates will be required to appear for on- line written test of Reasoning, English Language, Numerical Ability, Clerical Aptitude and Basic Computer Knowledge at any one of the 5 Centers allotted.

     

    For Credit Officers in Officer Grade / Scale-I -- Eligible candidates will be required to appear for on - line written test of English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and Professional Knowledge at any one of the 5 Centers allotted.

     

    For Management Trainees --  Eligible candidates will be required to appear for on- line written test of English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and test of General & Financial Awareness at any one of the 5 Centers allotted.

     

     

    Selected candidates will be liable to be posted anywhere in the operational area of the Bank.

     

    Application Fees: Non-refundable application fees has to be paid through a crossed DD drawn in favour of “The Nainital Bank Limited” payable at Nainital.

    How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should send their filled in Application Form, in the format appended with the notification, along with copies of requisite documents / certificates to “The Vice President, HRM, The Nainital Bank Limited, Head Office, Seven Oaks Building, Mallital, Nainital, Uttarakhand – 263 001” so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 20 July 2013.

     

    Separate form for each post is appended with the notification. Candidates can download and print the required application form and use it to apply for a particular post.

     

    On the envelope candidates should mention “Application for the post of Clerk / Credit Officer in Officers’ Grade / Scale-I / Assignment of Job as Management Trainee”.
