Eligibility Criteria for Non Teaching Posts

Educational Qualification 

  • Registrar: Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 15 years of experience, of which 8 years shall be as a Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post in Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/- and above
  • Director Admission: Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 09 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 6000/- and above with a minimum of 05 years of demonstrable experience in student affairs/administration.
  • Deputy Registrar (Administration): Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 09 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 6000/- and above with a minimum of 05 years of demonstrable experience in student affairs/administration.
  • Deputy Registrar (Student Affairs): Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 09 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 6000/- and above with a minimum of 05 years of demonstrable experience in student affairs/administration.
  • Deputy Librarian: Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 05 years of experience as Assistant Librarian.
  • Assistant Registrar: Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 5-10 years of experience in a responsible supervisor position in University/Institution of National Importance.
  • Law Officer: Good academic record with 05 integrated LLB (Hons.) degree from a Law University in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 5-10 years of experience as an Advocate or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a statutory corporation/company with membership to Bar Council of India.
  • Placement Officer: Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with05 years of experience as an Placement Officer or Assistant Placement Officer in educational institution/Universities.
  • Estate Manager: Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 5 years of experience in handling facilities some of which must be in an organization with multiple building, central air conditioning, UPS etc. out of which at least 2 years of experience must be directly in managing facilities services of an organization and processing of related bills.
  • Security Officer: Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 5-10 years of experience  in security related jobs or as a security officer in a Government office or private organization of repute.
  • Assistant Librarian: Good academic record plus a Master’s degree in Life Science/Information Science or an equivalent professional qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 05 years of experience  in a responsible capacity in an Institution level library.
  • Assistant Manager (Admissions, Students Affairs, Academic and Administration): Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 5 years of experience in Government/Semi-Government/Central autonomous bodies in the field of Administration/Purchase & Stores/Establishment/Recruitment/Legal Academic Administration/Student Affairs/Admissions.
  • Student Counselor: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology in regular full time scheme of study with 2 years of relevant experience in group counseling as well as individual counseling in education institute or in a mental health clinic.
  • Administrative Assistant: A Bachelor’s degree in regular full time scheme (10+2+3) with 50% marks in any discipline or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 5 years of experience in Government/Semi-Government/Central autonomous bodies in the field of Administration/Purchase & Stores/Establishment/Recruitment/Legal Academic Administration/Student Affairs/Admissions.
  • Guest Relation Officer: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent from recognized University with 3-5 years of experience in University or educational institution or hotel tourism industry with similar role definition in guest relations.
  • Receptionist: Bachelor’s degree with 50%marks in any discipline or equivalent from recognized University with pleasing personality and good public relation skills and experience of 3-5 years in similar post in Government /Central autonomous bodies/Reputed Commercial Establishments etc.
  • Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with experience of 5 years in similar post.
  • Jr. Administrative Assistant: A Bachelor’s degree in regular full time scheme (10+2+3) with 50% marks in any discipline or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 4 years of experience in Government /Central autonomous bodies/Reputed Commercial Establishments etc.
  • Store Keeper: Bachelor’s degree with 50%marks in any discipline or equivalent from recognized University with experience of 4 years in similar post in Government /Central autonomous bodies/Reputed Commercial Establishments etc.
  • Laboratory Assistant, Computer Lab Assistant: B.Sc. degree in relevant field in regular stream from a recognized University with 04 years of experience.
  • Care Taker: Bachelor’s degree with 50%marks in any discipline or equivalent from recognized University with experience of 4 years of experience in catering, hotel management/hospitality in Government of India Institutes/Government Organization/PSUs/Hotels etc.
  • Multi-Tasking Staff: SSC from a recognized board or equivalent with 3 years of experience of working institute/University System.
  • Lab Attendant: SSC (Science) from a recognized board or equivalent with 03 years of experience of work in laboratory in Government /Semi Government/Central autonomous bodies/Reputed Commercial Establishments etc.
  • Residence Hall Manager: SSC from a recognized board or equivalent with experience of 4 years of experience in catering, beverage management, hotel management/hospitality in Government of India Institutes/Government Organization/PSUs/Hotels etc.
  • Office Attendant: Class X Matriculation Certificate from a recognized board with 3 years of experience as office attendant or similar post in Government of India Institutes/Government Organization/PSUs/Hotels etc.
  • Residence Hall Attendant: Class X Matriculation Certificate from a recognized board with 3 years of experience in catering, beverage management, hotel management/hospitality in Government of India Institutes/Government Organization/PSUs/Hotels etc.
  • University Engineer: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or Building Science in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed from a recognized university with 15 years of experience out of which 10 years administrative experience in a responsible position.
  • Director – ICT: Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineer in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed from a recognized university with 15 years of experience in field of IT out of 8 years of experience in Government/Semi Government/Central Autonomous bodies under the Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/- and above
  • Manager – ICT Jobs: Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineer in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed from a recognized university with 10 years of experience in field of IT out of 5 years of experience in Government/Semi Government/Central Autonomous bodies under the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- and above
  • Assistant Manager – ICT: Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineer in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed from a recognized university with 5 years of experience in field of IT in Government/Semi Government/Central Autonomous bodies with knowledge of hardware, software, requiring servers, sharing and networking platform.
  • Plumber: 10th Pass in Secondary School exam with ITI trade certification course with 3 years or practical experience in the trade.
  • Electrician: 10th Pass in Secondary School exam with ITI trade certification course with 3 years or practical experience in the trade
  • Deputy Registrar (Finance): Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 05 years of experience  in Finance and Accounts as Assistant Registrar or in equivalent post in Grade pay of Rs. 5400/-.
  • Project Finance Officer: Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts in a Supervisory/Superintendent capacity with Grade pay of Rs. 4200/- in Government/Semi Government/Central Autonomous bodies.
  • Accounts Officer: Good academic record plus a Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounts or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 5 years of experience in Finance and in Government/Semi Government/Central Autonomous bodies.
  • Accounts Assistant: A Bachelor’s degree in regular full time scheme (10+2+3) in Account, Economics, Commerce with 50% marks in any discipline or its equivalent with 5 years of experience in Government/Semi-Government/Central autonomous bodies in the field of Finance and Accounts.
  • Assistant Manager (Communications): Good academic record plus a Master’s degree or equivalent Post Graduate qualification in regular full time scheme of study with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade point scale where grading system is followed with 03 years of relevant experience in Editorial department/Center of any established English Newspaper accredited with ABC, National News Agencies, Radio or Television.
  • Medical Officer: MBBS degree or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act 1955 and must be registered in a State Medical Registrar or Indian Medical Registrar with 06 years of experience in a recognized hospital/university.
  • Nurse: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and registered with Nursing Council of India with 05 years of experience in similar post in Hospital/Nursing homes.
