Eligibility Criteria:

• Joint Director-

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or
2. With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 15600-39100, Grade Pay Rs.6600/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; or
3. With eight years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.15600-39100, Grade pay 5400/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department
4. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or
5. With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.8000-13500 (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; or
6. With eight years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs.6500-10500 (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department;
