Name of the Posts:

1. Professor: 8 posts
2. Associate Professor: 8 posts
3. Lecturer: 11 posts

Eligibility Criteria for National Institute of Ayurveda Professor, Associate Professor & Lecturer post

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Professor: Post-Graduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned Subject with 5 Years Post-Graduate Teaching Experience as Reader/Associate Professor in the concerned Subject OR 15 Years Combined Experience in Teaching as Reader/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the concerned Subject or 15 Years Research Experience and Minimum five Research Publications indexed in Index Medicus or National Journals.
• Associate Professor: Post-Graduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned Subject with 5 Years Teaching Experience out of which 3 Years in Post-Graduate Teaching in the concerned Subject or 5 years Research Experience OR 10 Years of Combined Experience in Teaching as Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the concerned Subject or 10 Years Research Experience and Minimum three Research Publications indexed in Index Medicus or National Journals.
• Lecturer: PG Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned Subject. 

Age Limit for National Institute of Ayurveda Professor, Associate Professor & Lecturer post:

• Professor: Not exceeding 55 years
• Associate Professor: Not exceeding 50 years
• Lecturer: Not exceeding 40 years
