Eligibility Criteria for Administrative and Scientific Job

Educational Qualification and Age Limit:

• Administrative Officer E (Head - Admin and Finance): i) Post Graduate from a recognized University/Institute with an aggregate of 60% marks in Management/Administration OR

ii) Graduation from a recognized University/Institute with an aggregate of 60% marks & Diploma/Degree/Certificate course in Management or Administration

iii) Knowledge of Rules and Guidelines for general Administration and Finance followed by Central Government/Central Autonomous organization.Age limit: Max. 50 years as on 01 July 2020.

• Administrative Assist. B (Accounts & Finance): i) Graduation from a recognized University/Institute with an aggregate of 55% marks.

ii) Min. five (05) years exp. in Accounts and Finance Section in a large and reputed organization. Age limit: Max. 33 years as on 01 July 2020.

• Assist. B (Purchase): i) Graduation from a recognized University/Institute with an aggregate of 55% marks.

ii) Min. five (05) years exp. in Purchase Section (PS) in a large and reputed organization. Age limit: Max. 33 years as on 01 July 2020.

• Scientific Officer D (DF): i) PhD with Doctorate in Life Sciences/Biotechnology from a recognized University/Institute

ii) Min. Two (02) years exp. in modern Drosophila molecular genetics. Age limit: Max. 35 years as on 01 July 2020.

• Scientific Officer D (BMSF): PhD with Doctorate in Life Sciences/Biotechnology from a recognized University/Institute. Age limit: Max. 35 years as on 01 July 2020.
• Scientific Officer C (Radiation and Safety Officer): Full-time Post Graduate with Masters degree in Life Science with aggregate 60% of marks from a recognized university.Age limit: Max. 28 years as on 01 July 2020.
• Scientific Officer C (Dean Office): 1) Full-time Post Graduate with Master degree in Life Science with aggregate 60% of marks from a recognized university.

2) 0–3 years of exp. in the academic environment. Age limit: Max. 28 years as on 01 July 2020.

• Scientific Officer C (Instrumentation): i) Full time Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in Instrumentation/Electronics/Biomedical Instrumentation with aggregate 60% marks from recognized University.

ii) 0–3 years exp. in operation and maintenance of Biological Research Electronic Instruments, Audio Visual systems, Telecom, Centralized gas line system. Age limit: Max. 31 years as on 01 July 2020.

• Scientific Officer B (Sanger Sequencing Facility): Full-time Post Graduate with Master’s Degree in Life Science with aggregate 60% of marks from a recognized University. Age limit: Max. 28 years as on 01 July 2020.
• Scientific Officer B (Electron Microscopy Facility): 1. Full-time Post Graduate with Master’s Degree in Life Sciences with aggregate 60% of marks from a recognized University.

2. 0–2 years exp. in histopathology. The incumbent with a proven track record in working with a range of histopathology methods. Experience in sample preparation for EM including the ultra thin sectioning at both normal and low-temperature conditions would be added advantage. Age limit: Max. 28 years as on 01 July 2020.
