Under The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Recruitment 2017, there are 65 Posts for Private Secretary, Court Officer and Other posts. The eligibility criteria for the post are given below.

For Applying Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Officers working under Central Government/State Government or Court or Tribunal or statutory organizations possessing degree in Law from a recognized University. The Candidate should have experience in administrative/establishment/court matters.

For Applying Court Officer, candidate must have Degree from a recognized University and experience in administrative/establishment/court matters.

For Applying Private Secretary, Officers working under Central Government/State Government or Court of Tribunal or Statutory Organization holding analogous Posts on Regular basis or a post in pay Band-2, Rs 9300-34800/- Plus grade pay of Rs 4200/- with five years regular service in the grade.

For applying Assistant,Stenographer Grade-II/Personal Assistant, Assistant Library Information Officer, Officers working under Central Government/State Government or Court or Tribunal or Statutory organization holding analogous posts on regular basis or a post in Pay Band-1, Rs 5200-20200/- plus grade pay of Rs 2800/- with six years Service in the grade or a Post in Pay Band-1, Rs 5200-20200/- Plus grade Pay of Rs 2400/- with ten years service in the grade.

Cashier, Record Assistant, Officers working under Central Government/State Government or Court or Tribunal or statutory organization holding analogus posts on regular basis or holding a post in Pay of Rs 1900/- with eight years regular service in the grade, and cashiers are required to have successfully completed cash and accounts training.
