NEET Registration 2024: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET-UG) is a gateway to admission into various undergraduate medical and dental programs across India. The NEET registration window for the 2024 examination has been reopened from 10:50 PM on 9th April to 11:50 PM on 10th April, 2024. Candidates who missed applying for NEET 2024 have a chance to register now for the NEET 2024 examination. This is the last chance to apply, as the registration window closes tonight at 11:50 PM.
Earlier the registration window was opened from 09 February to 09 March 2024. After that, it was extended up to 16 March 2024. To support the candidates, it has been decided to re-open the Registration Window for NEET (UG) 2024

NEET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for NEET UG 2024 are as follows:
1. Age Limit
- The candidates should be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2023.
- There is no upper age limit for appearing in NEET UG.
2. Nationality
- Indian Citizens
- Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)
- Overseas Citizen of India (OCIs)
- Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)
- Foreign Nationals
3. Educational Qualifications
- Candidates must have cleared 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as core subjects.
- Candidates appearing for the 12th exam can also apply.
4. Minimum Aggregate Marks in Qualifying Exam
- General category: 50%
- SC/ST/OBC-NCL: 40%
- PwD candidates: 45%
5. NEET Qualification Codes
Candidates need to mention any one of the following exam codes based on their academic background:
- Code 01: Candidates appearing for 12th class exam
- Code 02: Those who have cleared 12th standard have not taken admission further
- Code 03: PUC Science Graduate
- Code 04: 12th class graduate and have completed pre-medical/pre-professional exam
- Code 05: Admitted to 1st year of B.Sc Degree with PCB combination
- Code 06: Graduates (B.Sc Exams with PCB combination)
- Code 07: Completed a course from any other board (another country) equivalent to Indian Class 12 (10+2)

NEET UG 2024 Application Fees
The NEET 2024 application fee will be revealed with the release of NEET 2024 notification and application form. However, based on the previous year's trends, we can get an idea of the NEET application fees for the 2024 exam. Here's a breakdown last year’s application fees:

Thus, the last date of NEET Application 2024 will fall in the first week of April, 2024 (tentative). Is NEET 2024 exam conducted by NTA or NMC?
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2024 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), not the National Medical Commission (NMC). NMC is primarily responsible for setting and regulating the syllabus for NEET and also determining the eligibility criteria for NEET 2024.
