National Investigation Agency (NIA) invited the candidates for Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts on deputation basis. The candidates eligible for the post can send their application in prescribed format on or before 05 August 2016.
Under NIA Recruitment 2016, out of total of 55 posts, 06 posts are allotted to Inspector, 11 posts are allotted to Sub Inspector, 10 posts are allotted to Assistant Sub Inspector, 10 posts are allotted to Head Constable, 12 posts are allotted to Constable, 01 post is allotted to Assistant, 02 posts are allotted to Upper Division Clerk, 01 post is allotted to Stenographer Grade – I and 02 posts are allotted to Data Entry Operator.
Eligibility for Inspector –Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized university with 2 years of experience in handling cases of investigation of criminal cases or intelligence work or operations or Information Technology cases or Training in counter terrorism.
Eligibility for Sub Inspector –Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized university with 2 years of experience in handling cases of investigation of criminal cases or intelligence work or operations or Information Technology cases or Training in counter terrorism.
Eligibility for Assistant Sub Inspector –Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized university with 2 years of experience in handling cases of investigation of criminal cases or intelligence work or operations or Information Technology.
Eligibility for Head Constable - Candidates must be officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
Eligibility for Constable - Candidates must be officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department having 5 years of experience in the field of investigation or intelligence or computer or driving.
Eligibility for Assistant - Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized university with computer proficiency.
Eligibility for Upper Division Clerk - Candidates must be officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
Eligibility for Stenographer Grade - I - Candidates must have graduate degree in any discipline from recognized university with computer proficiency. Candidates must have speed of 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute and transcription of 50 minutes (English) and 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
Eligibility for Data Entry Operator - Candidates must be officers of the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Government Institutions holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department and possessing ‘O’ or ‘A’ level certificate for Information Technology from an institute recognized by the Government.
