Age limit
• Candidate’s maximum age should be 50 years as on 14 March 2014 for Scientist – G and Scientist – F.
• Candidate’s maximum age should be 45 years as on 14 March 2014 for Scientist – E.
Educational Qualification
• Scientist – G: PhD in relevant area with 10 years of R&D experience with original work as evidenced by patents or publications in top ranked peer-reviewed journals and track record of extramural funding; strong potential for securing and sustaining independent and collaborative extramural funding.
• Scientist – F: PhD in relevant area with 7 years of R&D experience with original work as evidenced by patents or publications in top ranked peer-reviewed journals; strong potential for securing and sustaining independent and collaborative extramural funding.
• Scientist – E: PhD in relevant area with 5 years of R&D experience with original work as evidenced by patents or publications in top ranked peer-reviewed journals; strong potential for securing and sustaining independent and collaborative extramural funding.
Application Fee
Candidate must pay the fee of Rs.500/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalised bank and valid for at least 3 months in favour of “National Institute of Animal Biotechnology, Hyderabad” payable at Hyderabad, preferably Punjab National Bank, Gachibowli (Code No.PUNB0498700), Hyderabad.
Pay Scale
• Scientist – G: Rs.37,400 - 67,000 + 10,000 G.P
• Scientist – F: Rs.37,400 - 67,000 + 8,900 G.P
• Scientist – E: Rs.37,400 - 67,000 + 8,700 G.P
Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in interview.

• After online submission, candidates should take a print out of the computer generated application form, paste a recent passport sized photograph and sign on each page of the form & on the photograph and send along with DD, self-attested copies of the certificates, mark sheets, testimonials in support of age, educational qualifications, experience, reprints of publications and caste certificate (if applicable) by post to the Senior Manager, National Institute of Animal Biotechnology, D No. 1-121/1, 4th and 5th Floors, Axis Clinicals Building, Miyapur, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India - 500 049 on or before 28 March 2014.
